- 80 ml of beer
- 70 ml (50 + 20) of water

Preparation
- In a bowl, pour the Manitoba flour and corn flour, mixing them well.
- In a glass, pour 50 ml of warm water and sugar: then add the crumbled yeast and mix with the wooden stick until completely dissolved.
- Combine the yeast dissolved in the water in the center of the flour. Add the salt, possibly avoiding direct contact with the yeast, to prevent fermentation from being compromised.
- Dilute the tomato paste in 20 ml of water, then add it to the flours, together with the melted butter and the egg.
- Also add the oregano and mix well, pouring the beer.
How should the compound be?
