- 125 g of wholemeal flour
- 8 g of instant yeast
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 g of salt
- Q.b. of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 sprig of parsley
- A few basil leaves
- A few stalks of chives
- 250 ml of water
- 125 g of white flour of type 00
- Cooked food: 150 g of zucchini

Preparation
- In a bowl, collect the wholemeal and white flour, add salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and chopped herbs to taste (eg chives, basil and parsley).
- In the center, add the water and the oil, taking care to mix the mixture with a whisk.
- Enrich the dough with sautéed courgettes.
How are they prepared?
The sautéed courgettes are very easy to prepare! After having washed, peeled and cut into slices, they must be browned over high heat with oil and garlic; after browning, cover with the lid, lower the heat and cook for about ten minutes. At the end of cooking, season with salt, pepper and enrich with plenty of parsley.- As a last ingredient, add the yeast for pies and mix. Proceed with cooking in the pan.
- Line a stone pan with a circle of parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- With a brush dipped in oil, grease a convex lid and cover the pan.

It is important to brush the lid with a drop of oil to prevent the dough from sticking as it grows.- Continue cooking for 15 minutes, maintaining a low heat.
- After 15 minutes, remove the lid and turn the cake as if it were an omelette. To facilitate the procedure, it is advisable to place a sheet of baking paper on the surface of the cake and to use a flat lid.
- Cover again with the convex lid and finish cooking for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the lid, remove the pie, allow to cool and serve.
- Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
