Ingrediants
- 250 gr of mozzarella
- A few basil leaves
- 250 grams of papaya
- 1 of zucchini
- 100 gr of spreadable cheese
- 250 gr of cherry tomatoes
- q.s. of balsamic vinegar
- 40 gr of green olives
Materials Needed
- 8 skewer sticks
- Chopping board
- Plate for grilling

Preparation
- First, grill the courgettes or cook them on a griddle.
- Arrange the slices of grilled zucchini on a cutting board and spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on them, then roll up.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them.
- Wash the papaya, then cut it in half, dig the inside to eliminate the internal seeds, then remove the peel and cut it into cubes.
- Make the skewers, alternating mozzarella, basil, papaya, courgette roll and finish with a tomato and a couple of olives.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving dish, with a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar glaze.
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
