- 500 gr of pumpkin
- 100 gr of Parmesan
- to taste (chopped) of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 10 gr of sesame seeds
- 20 gr of breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Materials Needed
- Pyrex dish
- Electric grater
- Chopping board
- Knife
Preparation
- First, devote yourself to the preparation of the pumpkin. Cut it in half, remove the internal filaments and seeds, then peel it by slowly removing the hard and woody rind.
- Cut the pulp into pieces and reduce it to julienne with the help of an electric grater. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and chopped rosemary.
